    The best!

    This makes my hair so soft and reduces frizz significantly. I use it about once a week after using a detox shampoo. I towel dry my hair, apply and let it sit for 4 mins, and then apply conditioner and rinse out. My hair is not color treated and doesn't appear to be that damaged, but even so my hair is noticeably shinier, smoother, and softer once I use this mask and it is so worth the price!
