Blonde Like New (“Contest”)
These are the Rules for the K18, Inc. (“Company”) Contest.
Eligibility: This contest is open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of 3/2/2026 , except for employees of K18, Inc (“Entrants”), subject to prohibitions in the various countries, states, provinces, territories, and possessions of those countries, and subject to the further requirements of these Rules. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Company’s (and its affiliates’ and subsidiaries’) employees, and their families are not eligible to enter or win. Your participation constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Rules. Void where prohibited by law, regulation or ordinance. By participating in this incentive, Entrants agree to these Rules and Company's Privacy Policy at https://www.k18hair.com/pages/privacy-policy.
Description of Contest: The contest is measured by creativity, compelling message, entrant’s unique background, originality and execution of the content created. The final work product will determine the grand prize winner. The incentive begins 3/2/2026 12:00AM PST and ends on 3/22/26 at 11:59PM PST. At the start of the applicable contest period, Entrants can submit their entries to https://k18hair.typeform.com/to/Lnkp10Lc. Company will select a winner and fulfill all prizes by 5/4/2026.
How to Enter: To enter, Entrants should follow the guidelines provided here: https://www.k18hair.com/pages/blonde-like-new-tour, while adding their own creativity. Final work product must be submitted by 3/22/2026 (by 11:59PM PT) for eligibility.
Ownership:
1. Each entry submitted by Entrant is the work solely of the Entrant.
2. Each entry submitted by Entrant, and the constituent parts of each entry, do not and will not infringe on any rights of any third parties, including, without limitation, copyrights, trademarks, and rights of publicity.
3. All Entrants grant to Company an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, sub licensable license to use all work product associated with the contest in all media now known or hereafter invented including but not limited to print, digital, film, television, cable, internet, social media, and by means of any technologies whether now known or hereafter invented, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, satellite, cellular phones, media players and/or devices, for all purposes and for all purposes. Entrant will not use the content or associated work product for any third party. Company reserves the right to put paid media behind Entrant’s work product. Company reserves the right to obtain final work product in its original format. Company reserves the right to modify Entrant’s final work product. Entrant grants to Company the right to use Entrant’s name, likeness, voice, and social media handles in connection with all work product associated with the Contest in all media now known or hereafter invented including but not limited to print, digital, film, television, cable, internet, social media, and by means of any technologies whether now known or hereafter invented, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, satellite, cellular phones, media players and/or devices, for all purposes and for all purposes.
Prize Description: The grand prize winners will receive the following prize: free blonde service w/ K18REPAIR + new product as hero , 6-months supply of K18's new innovation, Mask, and HeatBounce, feature in K18 brand content and K18 merch. The approximate retail value of the prize to be awarded in this Contest is $2,500USD. The final content of the grand prize winner may also be featured on Company’s Instagram and YouTube channel, website, email marketing, as well as paid digital media advertising. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included in the prize and are solely the participant’s responsibility. No reward substitutions, cash equivalent or transfer of rewards permitted except at the sole discretion of Company. Company is not responsible for lost or mis-delivered prizes due to Entrant's inaccurate or improper address information.
Winners must provide a valid mailing address for delivery of the prize. Winners will provide any additional documentation reasonably requested by Company.
Internet: If, for any reason, Company is unable to conduct this contest as planned due to technical failures, such as those caused by a computer virus, hacking, other unauthorized interference, fraud, or any other cause beyond the control of Company which obstructs or otherwise adversely affects the proper administration, reliability, fairness, or integrity of the contest, Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry, and any person found to have interfered or tampered with the incentive, and if deemed necessary by Company in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Company assumes no responsibility for any failure in transmission, however caused, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, communications line failure, theft or destruction of information or unauthorized access to entries, their damage or alteration. Company is not responsible for its failure to receive any email or entry due to software failure, technical problems, human error or transmission congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an Entrant's, or any other person's, computer relating to or resulting from participation in this incentive or downloading of any materials in this incentive.
CAUTION: COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER PENALTIES, OR REMEDIES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FROM ANY PERSON(S) ATTEMPTING TO DELIBERATELY INTERFERE WITH THE CONDUCT OF THIS INCENTIVE OR TO DAMAGE ANY TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST.
Release: By participating in this incentive, all Entrants and reward winners release, discharge, and hold harmless Company , Instagram, Facebook and their partnerships, subsidiaries, divisions, branches, affiliates, assigns and agencies, including, without limitation, their respective officers, directors, shareholders and employees (collectively "Released Parties") from and against any and all liability or claims for any and all legal claims, injury, loss, illness, litigation or damages arising out of their participation in the contest and/or the acceptance, use, misuse, non-use or possession of the prize. Any portion of the prize not accepted by the Winner(s) will be forfeited, and the Released Parties are not responsible for any inability of the Winner(s) to accept or use the prize(s) (or portion thereof) for any reason. Released Parties are not responsible for printing or typographic errors in any contest or related material or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, postage due, and/or illegible entries or mail.
General Conditions: All applicable laws apply. Company is the final interpreter of these Rules. The decisions of Company are final in all matters relating to the Rules.
Disputes: Any and all disputes arising from or associated with the contest, including the award of prizes, will be addressed solely in a binding arbitration proceeding conducted at JAMS and in compliance with the JAMS procedures and rules. Any such arbitration will occur in the JAMS office closest to Los Angeles. The parties will bear their own costs in any arbitration or other proceeding.
