Thanks to its highly-concentrated nature, our K18 leave-in molecular repair hair mask is powerful enough to work with wayyy less and still deliver totally awesome results. A.k.a. that tiny-but-mighty bottle of yours gets to enjoy some serious shelf life. And last time we checked, saving money (and product) was a good thing in our books.
Our advice for packing the biggest biotech punch?
Start small. The longest and thickest or most curly-coily hair will need 3 pumps of the full-sized K18 mask at most (9 pumps of the mini K18 mask), so start with that amount. You can add more only to cover any strands you missed, up to 3 pumps of the 50ml mask and 9 pumps of the 15ml mask. You'll know you went too mask-happy if your strands start to feel weighed down. Obviously you know your hair the best, but keep in mind our 50ml size should be good for at least 16 treatments.
We recommend applying K18 after your first 4-6 washes, especially after a color or chemical service. From there, you can switch to maintenance mode and use it whenever you need to do damage control.
What can we say? We’re minimalists. When in doubt, lessen it out.
