If your hair is damaged, the best thing you can do is cut off the split ends. Try to take off at least 1 to 2 inches. If you go for less, the ends can continue to break off and damage will remain. Our rule of thumb is to book a cut every 6 to 8 weeks to keep hair looking its best.

We love a fresh blowout, flat irons, and curling wands to smooth and mold the perfect style, but they can be extremely damaging to the hair. Just because a flat iron goes up to 450f/225c doesn’t mean you should use it at that heat.
