K18 x FUTURE SOCIETY MAILER SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE LIKELIHOOD OF WINNING.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on 10/18/25 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time through 010/24/25 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time, go to https://www.k18hair.com/pages/k18-x-future-society-mailer-sweepstakes-official-rules and follow Instagram post entry instructions. To enter, you must like the post, follow @k18hair and @futuresociety on Instagram, and tag a friend in the comments or comment on the post. Each tag or comment counts as an entry, and you can tag as many friends or comment as many times as you would like. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method will void all entries and result in disqualification.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of 10/18/25, except for employees of K18, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
If a dispute arises over the identity of the person who transmitted an entry via an identified email address or social media account, the Authorized Account Holder of the email address or social media account at time of entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address or social media account by an internet access provider, online provider or other organization (e.g. business, education institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address, or for assigned social media accounts, as the case may be. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder.
4. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 10/24/25 by Sponsor to select the winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winner will be notified by email and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within five (5) days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or if the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release is not returned within the required time frame, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. All federal, state and local taxes and fees resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Sponsor and Promotion Parties to use winner’s name, and likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.
5. PRIZE: There will be 5 winners, who will each win one (1) Leave-in molecular repair hair mask (50mL) and (1) Floating Forest eau de parfum (50mL). Total prize value: $473. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included in the prize and are solely the winner’s responsibility. No prize substitutions, cash equivalent or transfer of prizes are permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prizes are subject to restrictions and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or misdelivered prizes due to Entrant’s inaccurate or improper address information. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged prizes, once received and in the possession of prizewinner. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or otherwise, except that Sponsor retains the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater retail value. Prize details not specified herein will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), AND THE RELEASED PARTIES (AS DEFINED BELOW) DO NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZES.
6. INTERNET: If, for any reason, Sponsor is unable to conduct this Sweepstakes as planned due to technical failures, such as those caused by a computer virus, hacking, tampering, other unauthorized interference, technical failure, fraud, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor which obstructs or otherwise adversely affects the proper administration, reliability, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry, and any person found to have interfered or tampered with the Sweepstakes, and if deemed necessary by Sponsor in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may also, in its sole discretion, award the prize from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of such action. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any failure in transmission, however caused, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, communications line failure, theft or destruction of information or unauthorized access to entries, their damage or alteration. Sponsor is not responsible for its failure to receive any email or entry due to software failure, technical problems, human error or transmission congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an Entrant’s, or any other person’s, computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading of any materials in this Sweepstakes.
CAUTION: SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER PENALTIES, OR REMEDIES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FROM ANY PERSON(S) ATTEMPTING TO DELIBERATELY INTERFERE WITH THE CONDUCT OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR TO DAMAGE THE WEBSITE.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: ANY CLAIM FOR DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY’S FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM. ANY CLAIM MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF THE TIME THE CAUSE OF ACTION OCCURRED, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Sponsor and Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Neither Sponsor nor Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, postage due, and/or illegible entries or mail; injury or damage to persons or property from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, entry processing, or announcement of the prize[s]. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of termination, winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form. Any portion of the prize not accepted by the winner(s) will be forfeited, and the Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of the winner(s) to accept or use the prize(s) (or portion thereof) for any reason
Entrants and winners agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of the Sweepstakes or any prize will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by a court located in Los Angeles County, California.
9. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof and shall be resolved by and within the courts of that state. Entrant further agrees that any claim arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be settled exclusively by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted Los Angeles, California. Sponsor is the final interpreter of these Official Rules. The decisions of Sponsor are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and Official Rules. Failure of Sponsor to enforce any provision of the Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision

K18 is offering this sweepstakes because, among other things, the value of your personal information to us is reasonably related to the value of the sweepstakes prize and your chance to win the sweepstakes. This value is based on the expense of offering the sweepstakes to entrants, along with other factors such as whether and to what extent you take advantage of (or opt-out from) any offerings, the total number of entrants, and whether we are able to use the data we collect from you.
